When trying to print primarily some WP or sometimes Word docs, the printer button is grayed out. Trying to print on Canon ir3035 or on desktop Brother HL-2170W....WIN7.

Hi, Thanks for the post! I recommend you update the printer driver to the latest one to check if it works. If it doesn't work, how about printing other files?
